The terms of working with the studio. Plain language, no surprises.
Scope of services
Every project is quoted with a fixed scope agreed in writing before work begins. The quote sets out the pages, features and integrations included, and what falls outside them.
Revisions
Each package includes a defined review stage with reasonable revisions. Changes that alter the agreed scope are quoted separately before they are carried out.
Payment
Build packages are invoiced with a deposit before work starts and the balance on completion. Monthly retainers are billed monthly in advance. Cancellation terms are set out in your quote.
Ownership and handover
On final payment, the finished website and its content are yours. We hand over access and show you how to make everyday edits. Third-party platforms and subscriptions remain subject to their own terms.
Liability
We take care to deliver reliable work, but we cannot accept liability for losses arising from third-party platform outages, or from changes made to the site by others after handover.
Retainers
Monthly retainers can be paused or ended with one month's written notice from either side.
